First, over the weekend, the pin cushion MissyAnn made, which I was lucky enough to win in the random draw, arrived at my house. See it displayed on the table by the stitching chair in my office.

I do love these colors together. Thank you Melissa! It is likely to see quite a bit of use in the near future as I have several pairs of lounge pants to hem for the DDs.

And then today, Annette's gift arrived. OMG!!!


Love this so much. Annette, you are wonderful! For those who don't get the significance, BDB is Black Dagger Brotherhood. And, if you don't know what that is, you SO need to. Seriously. I think I may just go reread my BDB collection.... Oh, and my Brother of the Day (kinda like the day of the week panties) is Z. Just because.

Oh, I ordered the Relic fabric this morning. Very excited about that. Stitched on MTM last night without feeling overwhelmed. Finished all the cross stitches on part 7 and started backstitching the areas without specialty stitches. I think I'll be able to finish this part by the end of the month. Then I'll finish up Crabby so I'll at least have one HD this year. Yay me.
